Job Summary:

In collaboration with Wibit Consulting & Services (WibitCS), a leading Outsourcing/BPO consultancy, we are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Account Lead to join their growing team in Krakow, Poland. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage talent acquisition operations for assigned accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of recruitment services and aligning with client needs.
  • Develop and maintain TA reporting dashboards to track key metrics and recruitment performance, providing strategic input to optimize service delivery.
  • Prepare and present client-facing decks, showcasing recruitment strategies, achievements, and forecasts, highlighting the value of our services.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders, attending meetings to ensure alignment on hiring needs and strategies.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance TA service delivery, driving excellence in recruitment.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in their delivery role, acting as a point of contact for account-specific challenges and providing expertise to drive results.
  • Stay informed about market trends and recruitment innovations, applying this knowledge to provide strategic input and drive business growth.
  • Potentially contribute to future global TA initiatives as the role evolves, taking on new challenges and responsibilities.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a leadership or account management role, with a strong track record of success.
  • Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with experience using dashboards to monitor KPIs and drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build client decks and represent the TA team in meetings, ensuring effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Solid understanding of recruitment processes and strategies, preferably within the IT or cloud technology sector, with a focus on innovation and excellence.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, driving results and delivering value.
  • Fluent in English, with knowledge of Polish a plus, and must be based in Krakow or willing to relocate.
