Gaming Proposition Manager

The Casino Manager is responsible for delivering a tailored gaming proposition for the DAZN Bet brand in Spain.
As a key member of the DAZN Bet team, you will work closely with colleagues in market and central execution teams to develop a unique gaming proposition that meets the needs of Spanish customers.
DAZN Bet is a sports betting and gaming brand that launched in 2022, in partnership with DAZN. Our vision is to provide sports betting to sports fans, adding to the excitement of watching their favourite game and bringing them closer to the action than ever before.
This role will be based in our Madrid office, with opportunities to work with partner companies on cross-sell strategies and planning content launches.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of regulatory requirements and changes, ensuring these are taken into consideration at every point of the customer journey.
- Work with the Product team to ensure positioning of new and existing content is optimised and the customer journeys are robust.
- Manage fact-driven approaches to optimise gaming content positioning using data as the primary tool to justify differing content approaches.
- Be responsible for developing and fulfilling promotional offerings to match customer needs and maximize value, whilst optimising spend, detecting and preventing bonus abuse and optimising promotions ROI.
- Monitor daily performance across a suite of commercial metrics (Actives, T/O, Bonus allocation etc.), and deliver corrective action where necessary.
- Previous experience working with games suppliers and running a gaming P&L.
- Great understanding of gaming product within various markets.
- Focus on the customer.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic businesses.
- Great attention to detail.
- Analytical and able to drive insight solutions.
- Excellent communicator on all levels.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
