Job Description
This role involves overseeing the daily activities of our team members in Quality Control and Training, ensuring alignment with our industry-leading standards. You will conduct regular gap analyses to identify training opportunities and enhance processes, ultimately enriching the guest experience at FIVE.

Responsibilities

  • Elevate the guest experience by delivering professional, friendly, and engaging service to our guests and team members.
  • Oversee the daily activities of our team members in Quality Control and Training, ensuring alignment with our standards.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record of implementing and curating visionary training initiatives. Extensive experience in Call Centre and Quality Control is essential, with additional customer-focused expertise considered a valuable asset. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, with fluency in English and Spanish. You must hold the legal right to work in Europe, including any required visas or work permits.

Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of €45,000 - €60,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
