Monotype is a leading technology company that empowers brands to bring their stories to life through type and innovation. As a Strategic Growth Marketing Leader, you will be responsible for planning, designing, and implementing localized marketing strategies and campaigns that drive revenue growth.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned B2B marketer with proven demand generation experience to join our team. Your expertise in orchestrating media mixes with sales, product, and marketing leaders will help us reach new heights. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop robust knowledge of our product lines and services, monitor industry trends, and identify opportunities to drive SaaS revenue.
Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans to drive localized marketing efforts and measure campaign effectiveness
- Orchestrate media mixes to reach target personas across marketing channels
- Work collaboratively with sales, product, and marketing teams to drive revenue growth
- Fulfill localization needs by sourcing vendors, proofreading, and managing translations
- Lead owned and sponsored events, including budget management and vendor coordination
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish (native speaker) and English
- 4-5+ years of experience in field marketing or demand-gen, ideally in a SaaS/B2B environment
- Proven track record of driving tangible demand for SaaS products and services
- Graduate degree in marketing, communications, or a comparable field with a focus on marketing
- Ability to work cross-functionally and agilely across regions and time zones
- Experience with modern marketing tech stack, including tools for reporting/analytics, web editing, marketing automation, and digital marketing
