**Job Title:** Marketing Manager
**At La Provincia:** We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Manager to drive customer engagement and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. The role requires a strategic mindset and a proven track record of successful campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Manage and enhance the organization's brand image through effective storytelling and messaging.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing marketing team.
  • Plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns, from concept to completion.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.
  • Lead the creation of compelling and engaging content for various platforms and audiences.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and new customer acquisition.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships to extend the reach of marketing efforts.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Provide regular financial reports and insights.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

**Requirements:**
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving industry trends.
  • High proficiency in English and Spanish; German or any other language will be a plus.
