Axalta Coat. Sys. Spain is seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Asturias, Spain. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Refinish Direct Business EMEA in Italy with data insights, further integration, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to track business/commercial performance.
• Provide data to the EMEA Organization and centralize common reports as needed.
• Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions.
• Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key commercial and business performance metrics.
Requirements:
• Fluency in Italian and English (writing and speaking) is mandatory.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field is ideal.
• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or similar is required.
• Advanced level in Excel for data manipulation is necessary.
• Knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI is a plus.
Skills:
• Attention to detail, analysis, decision-making, initiative, multitasking, and self-driven skills are essential.
• Collaboration with different teams internally and self-engagement are required.
• Problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this role.
