Job Title: Data Analyst (French Speaker) - System Operations Specialist

Axalta Axcess France is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team in Asturias, Spain. As a key member of our Refinish Direct Business EMEA team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our business growth and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain advanced data models, reporting systems, and dashboards to support business decisions
  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to the EMEA Organization
  • Design and deliver reports and insights that analyze business functions and key commercial and business performance metrics
  • Support the EMEA Organization in the assessment, design, implementation, and roll out of data-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with different teams to drive business growth and transformation
Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English (writing and speaking)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or similar
  • Advanced level in Excel for data manipulation, and knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask
