Axalta Axcess France is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our team in Asturias, Spain. As a Data Analyst - System Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Refinish Direct Business EMEA in France with data insights, further integration, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to track business/commercial performance
Provide data to the EMEA organization
Centralize and harmonize common reports as much as needed and automatically make them available to users
Build, develop, and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics that support key business decisions
Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key commercial and business performance metrics
Requirements:
Fluent in French and English (writing and speaking)
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field
3-5 years of relevant work experience in data analysis or similar
Advanced level in Excel for data manipulation
Knowledge of Tableau or PowerBI is a plus
