We're seeking a Clinical Trial Coordinator Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of clinical development by ensuring the seamless initiation of clinical trials, aligning with regulatory requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including clinical trial applications, ethics committee submissions, and agency communications, with precision and accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to obtain necessary approvals and authorizations for study commencement.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of regulatory submissions, approvals, and correspondence, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to study teams on regulatory requirements and best practices for start-up activities.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and streamline study start-up processes.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary ranging from €45,000 to €60,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, reflects the complexity and scope of this role.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs, with a focus on study start-up activities.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory guidelines and ICH-GCP, with the ability to apply this knowledge effectively.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with Dutch being a significant asset.
