About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Application Lead to join our team at Technip Energies Abu Dhabi. As a key member of our Information and Digital Services (IDS) team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of digital solutions for our Real Estate, Travel, and Legal applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the IDS team as a global point of contact for digital requirements and drive assessment and solution design phases in line with IT standards and Cyber Security framework.
  • Provide guidance to business partners on digital requirements and support business adoption and education on Real Estate, Travel, and Legal digitalized processes.
  • Coordinate with sponsors and business requestors throughout implementations and support the relationship with solutions vendors.
  • Analyze functional gaps between business needs and IDS target solutions and build functional and support technical detailed specifications.
  • Maintain applications portfolios blueprint and documentation and organize and lead tests across delivery groups.
Requirements
  • Masters degree in Data, Engineering, or Information Technology/Business School with IT/data-oriented work experience.
  • 7 years of experience in IT organizations, including 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Application Manager.
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives with competing priorities worldwide and experience working with senior-level staff.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing SAAS Applications & Vendors and track-record of implementations and operations involving Solutions, ETL integrations, Business intelligence, and Master Data Management.
  • Seasoned experience running and overseeing IT Applications Operations within ITIL framework.
  • English Proficiency: CEFR C1 or above (or equivalent certification).
