Business Development Manager for MV Assembly Portfolio

Are you a sales professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Business Development Manager to join our team at Eaton. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering revenue growth for our MV assembly portfolio in the EMEA Region. Your main goal will be to build a credible market presence for our MV assembly products in utility and renewable markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver revenue growth as per profit plan for MV portfolio in selected Spain and Portugal for Utilities and Renewable.
  • Identify, target and promote offerings within targeted Strategic accounts.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with industry key decision makers.
  • Direct responsibility for developing large projects in target segments for MV products in Iberia region.
  • Responsible for building the pipeline and closing revenue according to growth plans.
  • Work closely with local project teams, SA&A segment teams, local marketing, ESS division to prioritize target customers and decision makers and ensure that key points of influence are covered and that target account plans are being implemented.
  • Building Eaton's image in the segments: Lead the effort to increase Eaton's visibility with end users and to establish Eaton's credibility as a provider of engineered systems.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in a related field, ideally Electrical Engineering or equivalent in proven working experience.
  • 5-10 years in a similar position in sales/business development.
  • Major account selling experience.
  • Skills: Strong background in the Utilities and Renewables segment and project, Commercial Savvy, Experience and knowledge in this industry and application in Iberia, Fluent in written and spoken English and Spanish, Knowledge in Sales Force or other CRM applications, and SAP.
