Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Ana, California. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the physical therapy management of patients, working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care.

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their physical therapy needs.
• Conduct clinical testing and analysis to determine muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills.
• Administer or prescribe modalities and exercise programs to promote patient recovery and well-being.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and effective discharge planning.
• Provide education and guidance to patients and their families to promote healthy habits and self-management.

• Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist License (California) or Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
