Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Ana, California.

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for the physical therapy management of patients. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address their physical therapy needs.
• Conduct clinical testing and assessments to determine muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills.
• Administer or prescribe modalities and other physical agents to promote patient recovery and well-being.
• Develop and implement exercise programs to help patients achieve their physical therapy goals.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.

• Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelors, Masters, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California) required at hire OR Physical Therapist License (California) required at hire.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.

• Member APTA.
