Physical Therapist

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Santa Ana, California.

• Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to address physical therapy needs.
• Conduct clinical testing and analysis to determine muscle strength, reflexes, sensation, coordination, range of motion, and other sensory motor skills.
• Administer or prescribe modalities and exercise programs to promote patient recovery and well-being.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans to ensure accurate and timely communication with healthcare teams.

• Completion of an accredited PT training program with a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
• Current Physical Therapist License (California) or Physical Therapist License - Applicant (California) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association required at hire.
• National Provider Identifier required at hire.
