Data Analyst Apprentice

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst Apprentice to join our dynamic team in Barcelona, Spain. As a Data Analyst Apprentice, you will be responsible for leveraging data to optimize supply chain operations, drive efficiency, and enhance decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and organize data related to the supply chain, including data on suppliers, inventory, capacity, and raw materials.
  • Support regional IBP & operational processes, including inventory and supply chain management, Supply Planning, process management across AMET and EUR region.
  • Analyze data using statistical methods and software such as PBI, VBA, Python, or SQL to identify trends and patterns in the supply chain.
  • Create visualizations and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders, including senior management, developing dashboards to track progress over time.
  • Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain, such as reducing lead times, improving inventory management, and cost saving.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent.
  • Critical thinking and proactive work style.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Pro-active, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and other data analysis tools, to create and operate reports.
  • Knowledge of coding languages (SQL/Python/VBA).
  • English is a must; French/Spanish is a plus.
