About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at Empresa Reconocida. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our data team, working alongside experienced professionals to leverage our data infrastructure that supports stakeholders and business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize SQL and DBT to ensure accurate and efficient data modeling
  • Create custom DBT models with tailored logic to meet specific business needs
  • Develop and optimize the overall data model architecture
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights
  • Support research and development initiatives, including AI and new tools/services
  • Work closely with the Data Engineering team to enhance our ELT pipeline and data sources and models
  • Participate in data team meetings and share insights with colleagues
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst with a proven track record of successfully delivering business intelligence projects
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with experience in data modeling and querying
  • Hands-on experience with DBT for managing data transformations and models
  • Solid understanding of data warehouse concepts and experience working with cloud-based data platforms (e.g., Snowflake)
  • Familiarity with data pipelines (ELT) and workflow orchestration tools (e.g., Airflow)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau, Looker) to effectively communicate insights
