About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team at the Hotel Candela Marbella. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business results.

As a Human Resources Director, you will be accountable for talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and employee development. You will work closely with our leadership team to ensure that our HR practices are aligned with our business objectives and that we are attracting and retaining top talent in the industry.

Your responsibilities will include:
