Human Resources Professor

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Professor to join our team at Les Roches Global Hospitality Education in Marbella, Spain. As a key member of our academic staff, you will be responsible for teaching and delivering academic theoretical classes in Human Resources.

About the Role

Under the supervision of the Academic Director, you will be teaching and delivering academic theoretical classes in the related subject. You will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality teaching materials, assessing student performance, and providing feedback to students.

Responsibilities

  • Teach and deliver academic theoretical classes in Human Resources
  • Develop and deliver high-quality teaching materials
  • Assess student performance and provide feedback
  • Contribute to the development of the Human Resources curriculum
  • Participate in academic events and conferences

Requirements

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong background in Human Resources. You should have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related area, a Master's degree in HR, and a PhD degree will be an asset. You should also have excellent English spoken and written skills, and Spanish or any other language will be desirable. Advanced computer skills and a minimum of 5-year experience in the field and 5 years teaching experience are also required.
