We are seeking a highly skilled Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist to join our team at Boston Scientific Gruppe. As a key member of our clinical support team, you will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, lab staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, and system/software development
Educate customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device
Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components
Provide initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products, and features
Meet with existing and potential clients to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them to achieve their goals
Requirements
Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical details
Fluent in local language (C1 minimum) and English (B2 or higher)
Ability to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace
Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally
Self-motivated and able to influence others
Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent
Willing and able to travel extensively as required by workload
