Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Retail Media Advertising Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our advertising operations team, you'll be responsible for managing the setup, execution, and fine-tuning of retail media ad campaigns to achieve performance targets. You'll work closely with our internal teams to develop and execute programmatic strategies aimed at optimizing ad spend and maximizing return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the setup, execution, and fine-tuning of retail media ad campaigns across various platforms.
  • Develop and execute programmatic strategies to optimize ad spend and maximize ROI.
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics to spot trends, gain insights, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Offer actionable recommendations based on analysis and data interpretation.
  • Effectively manage and distribute advertising budgets across campaigns to achieve peak performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute campaign strategies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive knowledge of retail media advertising (Amazon Ads, Criteo) or search advertising (Google Ads).
  • Highly skilled in analysis and data interpretation, with expertise in using analytical tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and maximizing advertising budgets.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-moving, dynamic setting while handling multiple tasks at once.

Nice to Have:

  • Well-versed in ad technologies and platforms such as Amazon Ads, Criteo, other retail media networks, Pacvue, Helium 10, etc.
