Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Retail Media Campaign Manager to join our team at Assembly.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of retail media advertising and be highly skilled in analysis and data interpretation, with expertise in using analytical tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the setup, execution, and fine-tuning of retail media ad campaigns to achieve performance targets, creating and executing programmatic strategies to optimize ad spend and maximize return on investment (ROI), and evaluating campaign performance metrics to spot trends, gain insights, and identify areas for improvement.

The Retail Media Campaign Manager will also be responsible for effectively managing and distributing advertising budgets across campaigns to achieve peak performance, collaborating with internal teams, and leveraging cutting-edge programmatic tools and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness and reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry regulations and standards and be able to ensure campaigns adhere to these guidelines, conducting regular quality assurance checks to maintain campaign integrity.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the setup, execution, and fine-tuning of retail media ad campaigns to achieve performance targets.
  • Create and execute programmatic strategies to optimize ad spend and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Evaluate campaign performance metrics to spot trends, gain insights, and identify areas for improvement.
