About Your Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Product Designer to join our team at Dyrdek Machine, LLC, where you will have the opportunity to work on a cutting-edge AI-powered travel platform for corporate travel.

As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for conducting user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, and translating those insights into design solutions that enhance the overall user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the product manager and user research team to conduct user research and gather insights on user needs and behaviors.
  • Design and develop user interfaces that are intuitive, aesthetically pleasing, and aligned with the company's brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure the implementation of designs aligns with the intended user experience.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and insights for continuous improvement.
  • Analyze usability test results and iterate on your designs via data-driven design decisions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or associate degree in design, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) as a Product Designer preferably working on a SaaS product.
  • Experience working on digital products or platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in the travel industry or designing online booking experiences is a major asset.
  • Proficient in design tools – we use Figma.
  • Strong visual design skills with a focus on creating intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces.
  • Demonstrated ability to empathize with users and advocate for their needs throughout the design process.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and justify design decisions.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates a range of design projects and your process from concept to final implementation.
