About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Designer to join our team at Fever, a leading global live-entertainment discovery tech platform. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for developing the best experience for our users, based on insights from real people, and turning these insights into beautifully designed products.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key parts of the app and web, working closely with engineers, researchers, and product managers to drive the evolution of both the team and the product design.
- Develop high-quality designs that meet the needs of our users, taking into account existing insights, technical constraints, business needs, and specific platform demands.
- Lead design projects to increase activation, retention, and engagement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Work autonomously, taking full ownership of your work and total responsibility for every last detail, from whiteboard sketching to high-fidelity final designs.
About You
We are looking for a great designer with amazing design skills, proven experience in designing at consumer-focused tech companies, and a strong understanding of how to create an over-the-top experience for both mobile apps and responsive websites.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing at consumer-focused tech companies.
- Strong understanding of UX Design principles and a product mindset.
- Excellent communication skills to help set up frameworks and brainstorm initial design concepts.
- Ability to work with remote colleagues, multidisciplinary teams, and external partners.
- A portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience.
