About the Role

Importante Empresa is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Risk and Cybersecurity management programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Risk and Cybersecurity management programs
  • Provide input to the Vulnerability Management program
  • Develop Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and identify how to best measure and report them
  • Conduct risk assessments on Organization controls and Application controls
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive risk reports to provide the current state of risks
  • Propose mitigation and security improvement strategies to reach a higher level of maturity
Requirements
  • Experience assessing security controls for various technology platforms, including Cloud technologies, OS, DB, and Network
  • Strong leadership skills, able to work independently and collectively to reach assigned targets
  • Experience in the use of GRC management platforms
  • Knowledge of Information Security Risk and Compliance frameworks, models, and standards (NIST RMF, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, OWASP, etc.)
  • Experience in risk mitigation, coming up with creative ways to implement high levels of security with least disruption on the business
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with diverse audiences (senior leadership to general user population) using a variety of delivery mechanisms (written, oral, presentations, etc.)
  • Sound business discernment and flexibility/adaptability to handle multiple wide-ranging matters, conflicting deadlines, and new areas of expertise as business needs change
  • Expertise in risk/threat/vulnerability analysis and discovery. Knowledge of exploitation process and techniques is also desired
  • Technical experience on information security, engineering background
  • Good problem identification, problem-solving, and analytical skills
