Job Description
We are seeking a skilled HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Porto, Portugal. As an HR Officer, you will play a vital role in all aspects of our human resources function. Your responsibilities will include supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems, providing counseling on policies and procedures, creating and implementing effective onboarding plans, developing training and development programs, assisting in performance management processes, and supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's Degree with a major in HR or equivalence, and a minimum of one year's experience in the HR field. You should be fluent in English and French, eager to work in an international team, and able to thrive in a dynamic and challenging environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented behavior, autonomy, adaptability, and problem-solving skills are essential for this position.
