We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to join our team at RoomsWeRent, a pioneering co-living company in Barcelona. As HR Manager, you will be responsible for driving employee engagement, performance, and growth within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business outcomes and enhance employee satisfaction
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent to support our ambitious growth plans
  • Maintain open communication channels with employees, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a fair and confidential manner
  • Design and implement performance evaluation processes to ensure continuous growth and development
  • Craft and enforce HR policies that promote a productive and supportive workplace culture
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in human resources management or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record in recruitment, team-building, and performance management
  • Spanish (advanced) & English (basic) speaking
