Key Responsibilities:- Provide HR support to employees, ensuring labor law, local collective agreements, regulations, and policies are respected.
- Work with the team to enhance the integration of HR policies within our HR community.
- Support during the integration phase for HR matters, including contracts, admin tasks, and documentation.
- Provide HR expertise to Dorcas leaders, 1st-level managers, and frontline leaders, helping them perform operational needs and KPIs.
- First point of contact for HR admin tasks and payroll.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support client groups, including data integrity.
- Support talent management processes, including succession planning, growth roadmaps, and talent acquisition.
- Interact with public offices and institutions at the local level.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor/Industrial Relations, Management, Psychology, or Business.
- 10+ years of experience in general Human Resources, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and management.
- Knowledge and experience with Spanish employment law.
- Skilled at indirect leadership and influencing others, with the ability to navigate a matrix organization.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain an engaged team.
- Strong technological skills and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience in creating dashboards and analyzing data reports.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff, professionals, and remote employees.
- Detail-oriented, organized, with a strong sense of urgency.
- Orientation to problem-solving, managing conflict, influencing, multi-tasking, and managing change.
- Experience in a multinational environment is preferable.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
