Key Responsibilities- Manage global marketing sub-categories, including call centers and related global suppliers
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers to create value for stakeholders and ensure compliance with company and industry-specific requirements
- Project management, including strategic planning and implementation of tenders, involving various departments and national companies
- Manage supplier relationships, contracts, KPIs and feedback sessions
- Collaborate with Allianz Business teams to identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost savings
- Develop innovative negotiation methods and advise on purchasing processes and market dynamics
- Apply both classic and agile project management methods and conduct strategic spend analysis to optimize sourcing strategies and maximize value for money
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in marketing procurement for an international operating company or in global project management in matrix
- Successfully completed master studies in a commercial or technical area, marketing/business studies advantageous
- Strong experience on how to engage Allianz Operating Entities (Oes) to collaboratively fulfill Group Procurement and other overarching targets
- Ability to influence others without authority
- Autonomous style of working
- Collaborative and team-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- Experience working in environments with highly complex international teams and proven analytical, strategic and management skills
- Competence to effectively align with different stakeholders and to cooperate with diverse internal and external senior audiences
- Hands-on approach, involving the necessary skills/functions to successfully accomplish tasks and targets
- Excellent communication skills in English and fluent in German is a plus
