Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Bangkok, Thailand. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment process, supporting the onboarding process for new employees, contributing to the development of training materials, and providing support in employee relations matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • Support the onboarding process for the hotel's new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Contribute to the development of training materials, such as presentations, manuals, videos, and e-learning modules, to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including investigating complaints, mediating conflicts, and offering guidance on company policies.
  • Aid in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
  • Support employee communication efforts by preparing newsletters, announcements, and updates to keep employees informed.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Language: Conversational English.
