Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent attraction, recruitment, selection, and hiring, including international processes.
  • Onboarding and integration of new team members.
  • Coordination with personnel administration for contract drafting, registrations/deregistrations with social security, changes, settlements, payroll reviews, communication, and incident resolution with employees.
  • Application of labor relations and disciplinary regime, including control of labor absenteeism, hires, terminations, attendance, timekeeping, etc.
  • Collaboration with HR management in workforce planning, professional compensation, staff disengagements, conflict management, and OSH management with external prevention services.
  • Maintenance and updating of the HR dashboard.
  • Providing HR area information to other units when needed.
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and delivering informational materials to employees.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, providing generalist talent management knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a conversational level of English (B2) desirable.
  • Influence and collaboration skills, networking abilities, and a results-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in Excel and capable of using IT tools and ERP Holded.
