Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR management.
Key Responsibilities- Talent attraction, recruitment, selection, and hiring, including international processes.
- Onboarding and integration of new team members.
- Coordination with personnel administration for contract drafting, registrations/deregistrations with social security, changes, settlements, payroll reviews, communication, and incident resolution with employees.
- Application of labor relations and disciplinary regime, including control of labor absenteeism, hires, terminations, attendance, timekeeping, etc.
- Collaboration with HR management in workforce planning, professional compensation, staff disengagements, conflict management, and OSH management with external prevention services.
- Maintenance and updating of the HR dashboard.
- Providing HR area information to other units when needed.
- Ensuring compliance with GDPR and delivering informational materials to employees.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar position, providing generalist talent management knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills, with a conversational level of English (B2) desirable.
- Influence and collaboration skills, networking abilities, and a results-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Excel and capable of using IT tools and ERP Holded.
- Immediate incorporation, directly into the company, and job stability.
- Maximum 30-hour workweek (with the possibility of future extension).
- Permanent employment contract.
- Flexible morning schedule.
