Wir suchen einen engagierten und organisierten HR-Verantwortlichen, der sich für die Verwaltung von Personalangelegenheiten begeistert. Als Teil unseres Teams bei Blu Selection werden Sie eine wichtige Rolle spielen, um unsere Mitarbeiter zu unterstützen und unsere Personalstrategie umzusetzen.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Allgemeine Anlaufstelle für Bewerber und Kunden
  • Erstellen, Ausstellen und Bearbeiten von Verträgen
  • Verwaltung von Rechnungen und Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Abteilungen in finanziellen und rechtlichen Fragen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden in Bezug auf Verträge, Einarbeitung oder andere allgemeine Fragen
  • Unterstützung der Kandidaten bei allen Fragen
Voraussetzungen
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und beherrscht die englische Sprache vollständig
  • Du bist derzeit in Barcelona ansässig (NIE + SSN)
  • Du hast eine einschlägige Erfahrung in den Bereichen Verwaltung und Personalwesen
  • Du bist in der Lage, eng mit verschiedenen Abteilungen zusammenzuarbeiten
  • Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail
  • Gut zu haben: Bachelor- oder Master-Abschluss
