Our hotel, Jumeirah Mallorca, is located on a cliff overlooking the picturesque fishing town of Port Soller. We offer a range of amenities, including three restaurants, three bars, two swimming pools, and a Talise Spa.
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our Culinary Department. The successful candidate will assist the Outlet Head Chef in the operation and administration of the kitchen, and will have co-responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and managing all activities within the Food preparation.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or in large-scale free-standing restaurant operation, and will have experience working in luxury brand hotels and restaurants. They will possess excellent supervisory and leadership skills, and will be able to work well under pressure.
