About the Role:
An opportunity has arisen for a Sous Chef Position to join our Culinary Department in Jumeirah Mallorca. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Outlet Head Chef in the operation and administration of the kitchen, and have co-responsibility in the absence of the Head Chef in planning, organizing, and managing all activities within the Food preparation. You will be responsible for ensuring the execution of SOP standards on a daily basis, and ensuring HACCP requirements are met daily and implementing immediate corrective action if required. You will also assist the CDC in developing menus, buffets, and 'specials' which meet the needs of the customers.

About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications: Qualifications: Advance Food and Hygiene Training. Experience: Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role or in large-scale free-standing restaurant operation.
