Job Opportunity: Norwegian Content Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Norwegian Content Moderator. As a key member of our content review team, you will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and engaging experience for our users.

About the Role

As a Norwegian Content Moderator, you will be responsible for reviewing and filtering content on a popular social media platform. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the content meets our community guidelines and standards.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Norwegian language skills at a C2 level and advanced English language skills
  • User-friendly PC skills, including Office 365 and CRM Database
  • Goal-oriented and self-assertive mindset
  • Awareness of current cultural, political, and social events
  • Affinity with social media platforms and experience in content moderation, customer service, or contact center environments
  • Mandatory studies finished, with a document to prove it (according to Spanish legislation)

What We Offer

We offer a competitive 38.5-hour/week contract with fixed working hours and 2 days off per week. Shifts are available in the morning and afternoon. Our benefits package includes:
