About the Role

Puig Deutschland Gmbh is a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, with a diverse portfolio of luxury brands across fashion, fragrance, makeup, skincare, and wellness. As a Global Supply Chain Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability of finished and semi-finished products in our network locations, meeting quality, cost, stock levels, and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global inventory policies aligned with manufacturing batch policies.
  • Collaborate with local supply planners in subsidiaries to agree on inventory policies and replenishment principles.
  • Calculate Distribution Requirements Plan (DRP) for Puig stock locations, considering local sales forecasts and finished products stock policies.
  • Conduct Master Production Schedule (MPS) for own or third-party production, considering demand plans, finished product stock policies, and manufacturing/purchasing policies.
  • Run Rough Cut Capacity Plan (RCCP) to adapt MPS results to manufacturing and key suppliers' capacity, identifying capacity risks.
  • Evaluate alternatives and establish contingency plans to guarantee key reference availability.
  • Co-lead global operational Sales & Operation Plan (S&OP) meeting, providing information on availability risks, capacity constraints, materials requirements, and obsolescence.
  • Maintain stock levels in third-party and Puig locations, in accordance with Group Policies.
  • Reduce stocks of obsolete materials or low-rotation items, analyzing and proposing reusability alternatives.
