About the Role

Puig Deutschland GmbH is a leading player in the global fashion and beauty industry, with a diverse portfolio of luxury brands across various sectors. As a Global Supply Chain Planner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the availability of finished and semi-finished products in our network, meeting quality, cost, stock levels, and service requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning: Define global inventory policies aligned with manufacturing batch policies, agree on inventory policies and replenishment principles with local supply planners, and calculate Distribution Requirements Plans (DRPs) to Puig stock locations.
  • Execution: Create and launch production orders based on manufacturing batches and supplying policies, calculate Master Production Schedules (MPS) for each reference, and execute replenishment orders to subsidiaries.
  • Control: Monitor and facilitate stock availability of finished products in the network, review production plans, and manage capacity conflicts versus demand.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience in Supply Planning or a recent graduate interested in learning and developing a long-term career in Supply Chain.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Management, or Economics.
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Supply Planning (DRP, MPS, MRP, RCCP), and Excel skills.
  • Basic knowledge of SAP is a plus.
