About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our Global Planning Hub in Barcelona, Spain. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will play a critical role in building an understanding of supply chain end-to-end and working with a truly multifunctional team on challenging projects and daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and Deliver on KPIs: You will be responsible for owning and delivering on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for a tailored scope of products, including Service, Inventory, and Sustainability.
  • Timely Deliver Production Plans: You will be responsible for timely delivering production plans, material orders, or deployment decisions.
  • Contribute to Direction Setting Meetings: You will contribute to direction setting meetings with suppliers, factories, or markets.
  • Action Exceptions: You will be responsible for actioning exceptions to prevent Out Of Stock or Obsolescence.
  • Generate and Analyze Supply Chain Data: You will generate and analyze supply chain data to contribute to business decisions.
  • Identify Improvement Opportunities: You will identify improvement opportunities in processes and operations.
  • Participate in Projects: You will participate in various projects dedicated to products, portfolio, or sourcing changes.
About the Team

The Global Supply Chain Planning Team is a fast-paced, multi-functional, and multi-cultural planning team. The team consists of Supply Chain professionals working in various departments, including:

  • Material Planning: Delivering service and inventory for a portfolio of global and local suppliers.
  • Material Supply Management: Developing relationships and leading agility projects with vendors.
  • Production Planning: In charge of delivering service and inventory for a selection of manufacturing lines, as well as capacity levelling.
  • Sub-contractor Planning: In charge of delivering service and inventory for products outsourced to external manufacturers.
  • Distribution Planning: In charge of risk management (risk of products being out of stock); point of contact for the markets; responsible for delivering the right product quantity at the right time to the right place.
  • Category Supply Planning: In charge of big data analysis that supports decision-making; leads key processes to drive and maintain a healthy level of Inventory.
Requirements
  • Graduate of Higher Education Studies: You must be a graduate of Higher Education studies in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or Logistics.
  • Initial Work Experience: You must have already initial work experience (at least an internship) in some business operations (in Supply Chain is a plus).
  • Fluent in English: You must be fluent in English (this is our working language).
  • Excel Skills: You must possess very good Excel skills (large database management, basic formulas, pivot tables).
  • SAP Skills: You must have some basic command of SAP (preferable).
  • Proactive and Curious: You must be proactive, curious, and committed to delivering results.
  • Strong Communication Skills: You must be very strong in communication skills and teamwork.
  • Autonomy and Analytical Skills: You must demonstrate solid ownership, autonomy, and excellent analytical skills.
  • Long-term Career Development: You must be interested in learning and developing your long-term career within the Supply Chain field.
