Global Community Engagement Manager for Transportation Solutions
Overview of the Position
Location: Spain, Madrid, Tres CantosCountry/Region: Spain State/Province/County: Basque Country Remote vs. Office: Hybrid (Remote/Office)
Daily Responsibilities
Your day begins with a virtual collaboration session to synchronize with your international team on critical objectives. You then engage with product managers focused on transportation solutions to assess user insights and strategize enhancements. Mid-morning, you conduct a training workshop, sharing best practices with users across the globe. After lunch, you connect with external collaborators to ensure effective system implementation in designated regions. As the day progresses, you prepare updates for stakeholders regarding project advancements. As the day concludes, you offer support to your enablement specialists.
Key Contributions
Project Leadership: Spearhead global implementation initiatives for transportation management solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Mentor and guide a team of Community & Roll-out Experts across various regions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers for transportation solutions to comprehend product trajectories, collect user feedback, and advocate for enhancements driven by user requirements. Solution Optimization: Identify avenues to enhance transportation processes and utilize technology-driven solutions. Convert business needs into actionable implementation plans. Community Development: Build and sustain a global network of transportation solution users. Facilitate knowledge exchange, best practice sharing, and user training initiatives. External Partner Coordination: Collaborate with external implementation partners, ensuring seamless integration and adherence to project timelines and deliverables. Communication Strategy: Formulate and execute effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and foster the adoption of transportation solutions. Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior management. Leadership and Coordination: Provide leadership and direction to a team of Community & Roll-out Experts. Coordinate their activities, ensure a consistent approach, and cultivate a collaborative work environment.Qualifications
Project Management Skills: Demonstrated success in leading global projects, particularly in transportation management solutions and digital transformation. Stakeholder Engagement: Strong interpersonal abilities to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Collaborative Mindset: Experience working closely with product managers and external partners to drive solution improvements and successful implementations. Change Management Expertise: Ability to facilitate organizational change and promote digital adoption among stakeholders. Team Leadership: Proven experience in mentoring and coordinating teams of experts across various regions. Experience in logistics or transportation is highly regarded for this position.-
