A Day in Your Role
Your day commences with a virtual coordination meeting with your international team to discuss key objectives. You then connect with product managers for transportation solutions to evaluate user insights and strategize enhancements. Mid-morning, you conduct a training session, sharing best practices with users globally. After lunch, you engage with external partners to ensure a seamless system implementation in a designated region. As the afternoon progresses, you prepare updates for stakeholders regarding project advancements. As your day concludes, you offer guidance to your enablement specialists.
Your Impact
Project Leadership : Spearhead global implementation projects for transportation management solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Mentor and coordinate a team of Community & Roll-out Experts across various regions. Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with product managers for transportation solutions to comprehend product trajectories, gather user feedback, and advocate for enhancements based on user requirements. Solution Optimization : Identify opportunities to enhance transportation processes and utilize technology-driven solutions. Convert business needs into actionable implementation plans. Community Development : Create and foster a global community of transportation solution users. Promote knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and user training initiatives. External Partner Coordination : Collaborate with external roll-out partners, ensuring smooth integration and alignment with project timelines and deliverables. Communication Strategy : Formulate and execute effective communication strategies to engage stakeholders and encourage the adoption of transportation solutions. Regularly report progress and outcomes to senior leadership. Leadership and Coordination : Provide leadership and direction to a team of Community & Roll-out Experts. Coordinate their activities, ensure consistency in approach, and promote a collaborative working environment.Qualifications
Project Management Skills : Demonstrated experience in leading global projects, particularly in transportation management solutions and digital transformation initiatives. Stakeholder Engagement : Strong interpersonal abilities to engage and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels. Collaborative Mindset : Experience working closely with product managers and external partners to drive solution improvements and successful implementations. Change Management Expertise : Capability to drive organizational change and promote digital adoption among stakeholders. Team Leadership : Experience in mentoring and coordinating teams of experts across diverse regions. Background in logistics or transportation is highly regarded for this position.-
