About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled M&E Engineer to join our Transaction team at TA Europe. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on building-related installations and delivering a range of building surveying services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and provide professional advice on Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Control and BMS, Fire Safety, and Elevators installations.
  • Deliver technical due diligence and project monitoring services to clients.
  • Take ownership of service workload and gain project lead status in the near future.
  • Support business development opportunities and provide excellent service to clients.
  • Prepare customized reports in both Spanish and English, analyzing building conditional status and compliance with applicable regulations.
Requirements
  • A degree in Civil Engineering, MEP Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Management, or comparable education.
  • At least 3 years of work experience in a similar building services engineering environment or consultancy.
  • Experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices.
  • Ability to abstract complex technical correlations and apply interdisciplinary thinking skills.
  • High level of self-motivation, autonomy, and willingness to travel.
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and English.
  • Knowledge of German language is an advantage.
