About the Role

This is a critical position that requires a strong understanding of the airline industry and commercial operations. As a Regional Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of airline customers, developing and executing business growth strategies, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with airline customers, understanding their business needs and developing solutions to drive revenue growth.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute business growth strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop proposals to present to customers.
  • Commercial Operations
    • Manage commercial operations, including contract negotiations, pricing, and revenue management.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of commercial activities.
  • Industry Knowledge
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices.
    • Apply knowledge of the airline industry to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Master's degree in a relevant field, such as business, economics, or engineering.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a commercial role within the airline industry.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Skills
    • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of the airline industry.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
