About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing professional relationships with our customers and optimizing base sales, NPD & promotions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum visual impact and optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
- Implement and monitor promotional activities.
- Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
- Report on activities.
What We Are Looking For
We are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and inter-personal skills, solid knowledge about sales and negotiation processes, strong analytical skills, and sales experience preferably in FMCG/CPG. Additionally, we value perseverance and attention to details.
Requirements
- Residence in Costa Blanca and Marina Alta area (Benidorm, Denia, Xávea) is required.
- A valid driving license is essential.
- Commercial experience is valuable.
- A good level of English is desirable.
- Leadership competencies are required.
- Autonomy and dynamism are essential.
- Commercial skills and negotiation abilities are necessary.
- Action-oriented and goal-focused mindset is required.
The responsibilities of this position are performed within the framework of a regional business model defined and managed by Mondelēz Europe GmbH, Switzerland.
