About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Administration Team Leader to join our team at Reconocida empresa. As a leader in transport solutions, we are constantly innovating our portfolio in our core areas of rolling stock, rail automation and electrification, turnkey systems, intelligent traffic systems as well as related services.

As a Business Administration Team Leader, you will be responsible for taking all financial and commercial management responsibilities of local and international Mobility Contracts. You will work in the Project Execution management team, ensuring that projects are kept on budget, within Siemens guidelines and customer satisfaction, while continually looking at improving contracts profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Management: Undertake detailed financial analysis, contract reviews, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and group leadership of Commercial Project Managers.
  2. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with LoA guidelines, accuracy of project books and records, and related Project Reporting and controlling activities in Local and International contracts/projects.
  3. Commercial Project Management: Manage and support the Project Execution management to select and involve partners/subcontractors, and represent the contracts and projects in the relevant decision boards internally and externally.
  4. Leadership and Team Management: Lead commercial project and finance teams to achieve expected targets and results, establish targets with commercial project staff, and delegate defined responsibilities and authority.
  5. Continuous Improvement: Look for continuous improvement and productivity measures in project execution as well as the respective interfaces with other departments.
Requirements
  1. At least 8 years' experience as CPM/WPC and B Certified in Siemens.
  2. International commercial project management and finance experience is a must.
  3. Siemens business processes, policies and procedures knowledge.
  4. Project planning, structuring and risk management.
  5. Calculation methods/Finance models/Forecasting/Project controlling (including customs, logistics, and export control)/Claim and Contract management.
  6. Accounting principles (IFRS, US GAAP), tax, insurances, Permanent Establishment, NCM, hedge.
  7. Leadership, teamwork, collaboration skills, good communication and negotiation/claims skills.
  8. Multicultural team working experience.
  9. Full professional proficiency in English (both written and oral skills), Spanish/German is a plus.
  10. Experience in Corporate Functions and different Business Units.
  11. Commercial Experience in different markets (e.g. Americas, Euro).
