YOUR ROLE
  1. Manage all operations at factory level to ensure efficient production and high-quality products
  2. Deliver against plant performance KPIs, budget, and projects
  3. Set up and execute development plans for plant personnel
  4. Ensure operations processes and solutions are implemented according to global procedures and local regulations
  5. Collaborate on the design, development, and implementation of new chemical production processes for the Aerospace sector
  6. Support the technical department in production transfer and production trials
  7. Strive for improvements and efficiencies in the Engineering area
  8. Monitor KPIs for engineering processes
  9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical development and trends in the field of expertise
YOUR SKILLS
  1. University degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  2. Interested in production and industrialization processes, and lab test validation
  3. Experience in chemical processes
  4. Knowledge in quality standards will be valued
  5. Fluent English and Spanish
  6. High command of MS Office package
  7. Willingness to work in a team and able to travel
  8. Teamwork player
  9. Good attitude and entrepreneurial mindset to propose
