Job Summary: Bioga is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Project Manager to join its technical team in Santiago de Compostela. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful development and implementation of research projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Monitoring: Oversee the activities corresponding to each project, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project scope.
  • Progress Assessment: Periodically evaluate project progress, communicate and discuss results with the CSO and PMO manager, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Grant and Funding Management: Actively participate in the application and fulfillment of grants, funds, and patents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Management: Identify public and private funding opportunities, provide technical assistance for project implementation, and ensure comprehensive project management, including structuring, monitoring, evaluation, and justification of research projects.

Requirements:

  • Language Skills: Mastery over written and spoken Spanish and English for daily project tasks.

Education and Experience: Ph.D. in Life Sciences (Biology, Biochemistry, Pharmacy, or Medicine) with a proven track record of research experience in tumor biology, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or industrial settings.
