Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role, allowing for remote work three days a week, with the possibility of full remote for candidates outside of Galicia.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is between 20,000 to 30,000€ per year, suitable for individuals with junior to mid-level experience (0 to 4 years).
Location: A Coruña, Galicia
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Project Manager and Grant Writing Specialist. This role offers a unique opportunity to evolve into a product-focused position over time, with potential pathways into areas such as partnerships, marketing, communication, and investor relations within a rapidly growing deep tech startup.
This position presents challenges, particularly for those with a technical background in fields such as engineering, physics, mathematics, or bioengineering. The complexity of B2B software products and the startup environment requires a proactive and resilient mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage deeply with product development processes.
- Contribute to grant writing and project justification.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Essential Requirements:
Must-Have:
- Proficiency in English, with a minimum qualification of Cambridge CAE or equivalent.
- A strong interest in science and technology.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in grant writing is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with software development or related coursework is a plus.
