Director, Commercial IT Architecture, Advanced Therapies

Job Summary
Novartis is seeking a highly skilled Commercial IT Domain Architect to join our IT organization. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in defining the enterprise architecture for the Advanced Therapies area.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and communicate the various architecture viewpoints of the future state architecture for the Functional Domain, ensuring alignment with Security and Compliance policies and procedures.
- Guide solution architects and perform solution architecture reviews, following the governance defined by Enterprise Architecture.
- Develop roadmaps describing the evolution of the functional Domain of all enterprise solution portfolios from current state to future state.
- Leverage architecture standards, patterns, and reference architectures to elaborate the most adequate solution architecture meeting functional and non-functional requirements.
- Validate solution architectures regarding their adequacy and consistency to architecture standards throughout the solution lifecycle.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of IT architecture principles and practices.
- Experience in developing and communicating architecture viewpoints.
- Ability to guide solution architects and perform solution architecture reviews.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
