We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team at Hosco. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing the purchasing and inventory functions of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Oversee the management of our storeroom, including the receipt, storage, and issuance of goods.
- Purchasing: Responsible for the procurement of goods and services, including the negotiation of prices and terms with suppliers.
- Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and ensure that stock is always available without overstocking.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on inventory levels, purchasing activity, and other relevant metrics.
- Communication: Liaise with department heads and other stakeholders to ensure that goods are delivered on time and that inventory levels are maintained.
- Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize our supply chain and reduce costs.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven working experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Skills: Strong computer skills, knowledge of inventory management systems, and experience with Adaco system is preferable.
- Language: English - Advanced. Spanish - Advanced.
- Employment: Full-time.
