Job Summary:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Customs Specialist to join Airbus Defense, Tablada (Sevilla) team. As a key member of the FACS, you will be responsible for managing domestic and international customs regulations, ensuring compliance with worldwide customs regulations, and providing expert advice on customs subjects to various Airbus organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage domestic and international customs regulations, ensuring compliance with worldwide customs regulations.
  • Prepare and supervise customs declarations according to each Administration.
  • Maintain and develop a customs network, redefining existing customs procedures to reduce the impact of customs duties & Import VAT in Airbus.
  • Support Airbus customs policy in front of tax, commerce, and customs authorities and Administrations.
  • Provide expert advice on customs subjects to various Airbus organizations, including Contracts, Procurement, Transport, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
Requirements:
  • Expert knowledge of customs regulations and procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Fluency in English, with French as a desirable skill.
